Times Union Home Expo FAQs
Q: How do I buy tickets?
A: Advance ticket vouchers can be purchased on-line at a savings at homeexpotickets.eventbrite.com. You will receive a confirmation email which must be brought to the event box office for an entrance ticket.
Tickets also can be purchased at the door, cash only. Box office windows will be clearly marked for those needing tickets that day and those who have purchased in advance.
Q: What if I forget to print my ticket?
A: You will need to bring your identification.
Q: Can I use my admission ticket for all 3 days?
A: No, your admission ticket is valid for one day only.
Q: Does my ticket include admission into the Times Union Center and the Empire State Plaza?
A: YES, your admission ticket includes entry into both locations.
Q: Can I pay with my credit card for onsite admission ticket?
A: No, cash only.
Q: What if I cannot attend; can I receive a refund for my admission ticket?
A: No refunds.
Q: How do I find a particular exhibitor?
A: Our Exhibitors listing has a list of participating exhibitors. Attendees will receive an exhibitor guide when entering the Home Expo.
Q: Where do I park?
A: You can park in the Times Union Center parking lot, the Empire State Plaza parking garage or on the street.
Q: How do I get from one building to the next?
A: There is a covered walkway from the Times Union Center to the Empire State Plaza. CDTA will also provide a complementary shuttle service between the buildings on Saturday, February 8 from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday, February 9 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Attendees who take advantage of the shuttle service will receive a $2.00 Dunkin Donuts rechargeable card while supplies last.
