How do I buy tickets?

Advance ticket vouchers can be purchased on-line at a savings – CLICK HERE. You will receive a confirmation email which must be brought to the event box office for an entrance ticket.

Tickets also can be purchased at the door.  There are two box office windows to purchase tickets.

  1. The lower level box office entrance by the Times Union Center corporate parking lot facing Market Street.
  2. The upper level “outdoor” box office entrance close by parking garage.

What if I forget to print my ticket?

You will need to bring your identification or you can show your e-ticket on your phone.

Can I use my admission ticket for all 3 days?

No, your admission ticket is valid for one day only unless you purchased the weekend pass.

Can I pay with my credit card for onsite admission ticket?

Yes.

What if I cannot attend; can I receive a refund for my admission ticket?

No refunds.

How do I find a particular exhibitor?

CLICK HERE to view our exhibitor listing. Attendees will receive an exhibitor guide when entering the Home Expo.

Where do I park?

You can park in the Times Union Center parking lot for FREE.  Street parking is typically available on nights and weekends. Those prices are set by the independent companies that manage the lots/garages.
