The Times Union Home Expo is the most celebrated annual home and garden show in the Albany, Clifton Park, and Hudson Valley, NY area. We strive to provide the greatest possible selection of local, high-quality home improvement products and services for our visitors. If you believe your company has something unique and worthwhile to offer our home expo attendees, consider becoming an exhibitor. You can find all the information you need below to register and take part in the next great Capital Region home show! We make it a point to promote and market all our exhibitors to best set them up for success, and we will provide various amenities at the show for your convenience. BOOTH RATES

• LEVEL 1: $975 │ Booth Size: 8’w x 10’d
• LEVEL 2: $1,125 │ Booth Size: 10’w x 10’d

WE OFFER MORE THAN JUST A BOOTH

• FREE ad space and media coverage in the special Home Expo section published on Sunday, February 2, 2020. The Times Union Sunday newspaper reaches 216,000 readers. (*DMA 13 counties.)
• Additional exposure on social media and featured slide shows on timesunion.com.
• Online business listing on the Times Union Home Expo website and floor plan all year until the next show.

TO REGISTER

• Click REGISTER NOW
• STEP 1: Click the “Click to Start” button, enter your company information and select 3 booth locations from the floor plan.
• STEP 2: Check your email within 24-48 hours from registering for an “Approval Email” confirming your booth availability.
• STEP 3: Login to make your payment. Payment must be received 2 business days from receiving your approval email.

CRBRA DISCOUNT ($150 off per booth)

Capital Region Builders and Remodelers Association (CRBRA) members receive $150 off per booth. If you’re a CRBRA Member or unsure if you are a member or would like to become a member, please contact DeeDee Enides at (518) 579-0066 to receive the discount code.

PAYMENT

• A 50% deposit is required upfront to secure booth space. Balance is due by 12/31. After 12/31 full payment is required to secure booth space. No Refunds. If after 12/31 you must pay the full amount with a credit card.
• CREDIT CARD – if you register before 12/31 the system will allow you to pay the deposit or full amount on your credit card.
• CHECK – you will have the option to select pay by check. We must receive your check within one week of your contract submission date to secure the space.
