Q: How do I buy tickets?

A: Advance ticket vouchers can be purchased online, by clicking here. You will receive a confirmation email which must be brought to the event box office for an entrance ticket.

Tickets also can be purchased at the door.  There is only one admissions area where you can purchase your tickets, located next to the front doors on the first level entrance which is accessible through the main entrance on Eagle St.


Q: What if I forget to print my ticket?

A: You will need to bring a form of identification or you can show your e-ticket on your phone.


Q: Can I use my admission ticket for all 3 days?

A: No, your admission ticket is valid for one day only.


Q: Can I pay with my credit card for onsite admission ticket?

A: Yes.


Q: What if I cannot attend; can I receive a refund for my admission ticket?

A: We do not offer refunds. Thank you for understanding.


Q: How do I find a particular exhibitor?

A: CLICK HERE to view our exhibitor listing. Attendees will receive an exhibitor guide when entering the Home Expo.


Q: Where do I park?

A: Parking for this event is available directly under the Albany Capital Center Facility and the Times Union Center Parking Garage for FREE. The Albany Capital Center parking garage is located at 7 Wendell Street, Albany, NY 12207.  Street parking is typically available on nights and weekends. Those prices are set by the independent companies that manage the lots/garages. See our Parking page for more info.
